The description of the investment:

Building consists of two parts: G1 & G2. That first one is 3-storey (low ground floor, high ground floor, first floor) and has the installing space under it. Finally, there is designed the possibility of one storey superstructure. In the western side the clod crosses in the hyphen, which joins the new object with the building of the hospital. Simultaneously, it does not break the functional arrangement of existing rooms. In the eastern side, block G2 adheres to the block G1. Block G1 is higher, because the first floor which contains the operating block has the larger height than the standard from formal and installing views. Over the larger part of the segment G2 and communication trunk in segment G1, there was placed the ventilator room placed which joins both of clods unites.

Architectural accents has rounded perpendicular element which underlines the south-eastern corner of the G1 segment and rounded overhang of the first floor in the southern part of the G2 segment's elevation.
